Breaking Barriers.

acs

chapel – few hands raised, many were confused. People laughed when I raised my hands.

Somehow, I wasn’t sad/angry. In no way atheistic, I felt glad. Not because people don’t know God, but because they don’t KNOW God. It may sound stupid with this repetition, but people only know God by name and they repeat stuff without knowing what they’re saying. It’s a reward I guess, I see abundance, I see new faces, I see a whole new world to grow even more. I’m greatful for that, not because I know I’ve got to work so much more, but the fact that Luxury from God comes after we’ve done the work.

This nursery rhyme is more sophisticated than I thought. We always get washed down whilst striving for something, we get discouraged and it demoralizes us. In a more naive way, we all know what the sunshine stands for and I guess, keep trying as well, problems may come, but they’ll eventually disappear like how the water sprout dries up(:

amen

  1. agrees with ur observation that pple in ac dont really know God. :) hehehe. surprise! i actually found ur blog. you look more guai/toot in ur specs btw..incy wincy spider reminds me of the way samuel sang/presented it on sat, super hilarious! my comment sounds super incoherent. aha.

  2. Amen. Totally agree with the incy wincy spider part. Though we face troubles and slide away from God, we always find our way back to Him. Like Daniel Cheah said, “When we take one step away from God, God takes a thousand steps to us.”.
    P.S. I’m renhao

  3. it was the same in fairfield as well!

  4. fungmin: eh i’ve absolutely no idea how to reply your comment (:

xanthe: well, i pray ac would grow like how fairfield did(:

  5. nonono…its the same as fairfield’s chapel..when you jump, people just GLARE AT YOU..then when you raise your hand they’ll just look at you as if you were from another world..

  6. haha, i guess you’re right, experiencing God is out of this world! lol
